We chose MCS as we sought not just translation but a commitment that first language speakers would be engaged in a quality assurance process to ensure cultural nuance and appropriateness of language. We were confident that MCS could meet this need due to their success in developing their multilingual palliative and end-of-life care microlearning courses. The Palliative Institute was impressed with the translated text MCS provided as well as the detailed yet concise recommendations that accompanied each product. MCS supplied regular updates throughout the course of this work and delivered products within the expected timeframe. It was a pleasure to collaborate with MCS on this activity.
